Dinosaur Pajama Bag

Free Dinosaur Pajama Bag crochet tutorial by Olga Piliponis.

With this pattern, you can crochet a pajama bag shaped like a little dinosaur. Any plush yarn works well for this amigurumi: Himalaya Dolphin Baby or YarnArt Dolce. For the body, you will need Alize Puffy yarn (loop yarn for hand knitting).

The finished toy is about 50 cm tall.

Materials and Tools

• Mint plush yarn (1 skein)
• Dark green plush yarn
• Mint Alize Puffy yarn (1 skein)
• 4 mm crochet hook
• 25 mm safety eyes
• Black embroidery thread
• Toy stuffing
• Cord lock
• Needle
• Scissors

Insert the eyes between rounds 13 and 14 of the head. Leave 15 stitches between the eyes. Stuff the head firmly.

Body

Make a chain of 14 loops. Crochet upward for 13 rows.

Assembling the Pajama Bag Toy

• Sew the body to the head. I sew it on with strong cotton thread.
• Sew the legs and tail to the body using a large-eye needle.
• Sew the spikes to the head and tail.
• Make the nostrils between rounds 3 and 7.
• Embroider the eyebrows with black thread (I used Alize Cotton Gold).
• Thread elastic with a cord lock through the bottom.
