Rudolph the Reindeer

Free crochet tutorial for Rudolph the Reindeer by @manyasha_toys.
With this pattern, you can crochet a reindeer with a red nose. Any cotton blend yarn will work for this amigurumi: YarnArt Jeans, Alize Cotton Gold, Gazzal Baby Cotton, and others. You can also use decorative buttons if you like.
Finished toy size: about 13 cm (5.1 in), sitting.

- YarnArt Jeans yarn: 1 skein in the main color, plus a small amount of white, red, dark brown, and black
- 1.75 mm crochet hook

Body
Crochet with the main color. Stuff the body as you go, shaping a flat bottom.

Change to the main color

Add a little stuffing to the beginning of each arm. Fold in half and crochet 5 sc through both layers. Cut the yarn, leaving a tail for sewing.
Legs (make 2)
Start crocheting with dark brown yarn.

3. 1 sc, inc, 3 sc, inc, 1 sc, inc, 1 sc, inc, 3 sc, inc, 1 sc, inc = 22 sc
4. 2 sc, inc, 4 sc, inc, 2 sc, inc, 2 sc, inc, 4 sc, inc, 2 sc, inc = 28 sc
5. 28 sc
Sl st, cut the yarn, leaving a tail for sewing. Add a little stuffing while sewing it on.
Nose
Crochet with red yarn.
1. 5 ch, starting in the second chain from the hook: 3 sc, 3 sc in one stitch, 2 sc, inc = 10 sc
2. inc, 2 sc, 3 inc, 2 sc, 2 inc = 16 sc
3. 16 sc

Crochet with the main color.

Fold and crochet 5 sc through both layers. Then fold in half again and crochet 2 sc through both layers.
Antlers (make 2)
Crochet everything with dark brown yarn.
Part 1:
1. 6 sc in MR
2. (1 sc, inc) x 3 = 9 sc
3-5. 9 sc
Cut the yarn, leaving a tail for sewing.
Part 2:
1. 6 sc in MR
2. (1 sc, inc) x 3 = 9 sc
3. (2 sc, inc) x 3 = 12 sc
4-14. 12 sc
Cut the yarn, leaving a tail for sewing. Add a little stuffing.
Sew Part 1 to Part 2 between rounds 6 and 11 of Part 2.
Toy Assembly
- Sew the muzzle between rounds 18 and 25.
- Sew the nose on top of the muzzle and embroider a highlight.
- Sew the antlers on top between rounds 2 and 6.
- Sew the ears between rounds 9 and 14.
- Sew the legs to round 34, on the half loops.
- Sew the arms between rounds 22 and 23.
- Attach the tail to round 34, on the half loops.
- Embroider the eyebrows and smile.
- If desired, sew a decorative button to the antlers.
