Front Legs (2 pieces)

Stuff the lower part of the leg, leave the upper part unstuffed.

1. 6 sc in MR - 6 sc
2. (1 sc, inc) x 3 times - 9 sc
3-28. (26 rounds) 9 sc

Fasten off and cut the yarn.

Back Legs (2 pieces)

Stuff firmly as you go. Make 2 identical pieces.

1. 6 sc in MR - 6 sc
2. (1 sc, inc) x 3 times - 9 sc
3. (2 sc, inc) x 3 times - 12 sc
4-8. (5 rounds) 12 sc
9. 6 hdc, 6 sc
10. 12 sc
11. 6 hdc, 6 sc
12-31. (20 rounds) 12 sc

If needed, crochet a few extra sc so the round ends at the center of the foot, so the feet face inward. You can also be creative and point the feet in different directions. On the first leg, fasten off and cut the yarn. From the second leg, make 9 ch and join to the first leg. If you are making the monster version, you can make the second leg 5 rounds shorter.

Body-Head

Stuff firmly as you go. Pay special attention to where the legs join the body: stuff this area tighter so the legs are firm and can support the body.

1. Along the first leg: 12 sc, 9 sc along ch, 12 sc along the second leg, 9 sc along ch, 42 sc, place a marker (it will run along the back). Increases go at the sides. Move the marker if needed:
2. 5 sc, inc, 20 sc, inc, 15 sc - 44 sc
In the next round, make increases on the tummy.
3. 14 sc, inc, (sc, inc) x 3 times, 23 sc - 48 sc
4. 6 sc, inc, 25 sc, inc, 15 sc - 50 sc
5. 50 sc
6. 7 sc, inc, 7 sc, inc, 2 sc, inc, 3 sc (these 3 stitches are the middle of the tummy), inc, 2 sc, inc, 7 sc, inc, 16 sc - 56 sc
7-10. (4 rounds) 56 sc
11. 8 sc, dec, 28 sc, dec, 16 sc - 54 sc
12. 54 sc
13. 7 sc, dec, 5 sc, dec, 12 sc, dec, 5 sc, dec, 17 sc - 50 sc

15. 7 sc, dec, 24 sc, dec, 15 sc - 48 sc
16. 48 sc
17. 7 sc, dec, 3 sc, dec, 12 sc, dec, 3 sc, dec, 15 sc - 44 sc
18. 44 sc
19. 7 sc, dec, 20 sc, dec, 13 sc - 42 sc

Stuff the body well. In the next round, attach the front legs:

2. 6 inc - 12 sc
3-4. 12 sc

Second eye white:

1. 6 sc in MR - 6 sc

4-5. 18 sc

Assembly and Finishing

Shape the nose.

Amigurumi Lomtik Rabbit crochet. Head shaping

  • Sew on the eye whites. For contrast, you can outline them with the same yarn used for the nose shaping or with the yarn used for the rabbit.
  • Sew on the ears and tail.
  • Glue on the eyes. Cut two teeth of different sizes from white felt and glue them at the sculpted area.
  • Finish decorating the rabbit to your taste.
