Pug in a Bee Costume

Free crochet tutorial for a Pug in a Bee Costume by Irina Artemova @irinely_art.
With this pattern, you can crochet a pug pretending to be a little bee. The dog is dressed in a hat with antennae and a striped sweater with wings. Any yarn and a matching crochet hook will work for this amigurumi project.
The finished toy measures about 15 cm.

Materials and Tools
- Alize Baby Best yarn: 310 (honey), 08 (beige), 55 (white), 216 (yellow), 60 (black)
- 2.5 mm crochet hook
- 6 mm safety eyes
- Synthetic poly filling
- Needle for sewing parts
- Scissors

- sc - single crochet
- dc - double crochet
- inc - increase
- dec - decrease
- (...) x n - repeat n times

Amigurumi Pug in a Bee Costume Crochet Pattern
Arms (2 pieces)
With beige yarn:
1: 6 in MR
2: 6 inc (12)
3-5: 12 sc (3 rounds)
Switch to black yarn:
6: 12 sc
7: (1 sc, inc) x 6 (18)
Switch to yellow yarn:
8-9: 18 sc (2 rounds)
Switch to black yarn:
10-11: 18 sc (2 rounds)
Stuff, but do not sew closed. Leave a yarn tail for sewing the arms to the body.

Legs (2 pieces)
With beige yarn:
1: 6 in MR
2: 6 inc (12)
3: (1 sc, inc) x 6 (18)
4: 18 sc
5: (1 sc, dec) x 6 (12)
6-12: 12 sc (7 rounds)
Lightly stuff with filling; sewing closed is optional because these pieces will be crocheted into the body.

Muzzle
With brown yarn:
1: 6 in MR
2: 6 inc (12)
3: (1 sc, inc) x 6 (18)
4: (2 sc, inc) x 6 (24)
Leave a yarn tail for sewing.
Nose
With black yarn:
1: 6 sc in MR
Sew the nose to the muzzle. Fold the edge of the muzzle in slightly as shown in the photo.

Ears (2 pieces)
With brown yarn:
1: 6 sc in MR
2: 6 inc (12)
3-5: 12 sc (3 rounds)
6: (1 sc, inc) x 6 (18)
7: 18 sc
Leave a yarn tail for sewing. Do not stuff with filling.
Hat
With yellow yarn:
1: 6 in MR

Switch to black yarn:

Leave a yarn tail for sewing.
Antennae (2 pieces)
With black yarn:

2: Starting in the second chain from the hook, crochet 17 sc
Leave a yarn tail for sewing. Sew the antennae to the hat so they point upward.

Wings (2 pieces)
With white yarn:
1: 6 in MR

Fold the circle in half and sew it. Sew the wings together by the tips as shown in the photo:
