Horns

First, prepare the wire: bend it into a U shape and insert it into round 13 of the head with the free ends pointing up.

Make sure both horns are the same height. Then take yarn in the body color and split it into plies. We need yarn in two plies, thread it into a needle. Insert the needle into the head at any point and bring it out where the wire comes out. Wrap upward around the wire, then down to the base, and insert the needle back into the head. Bring it out at the second horn and wrap it the same way as the first one, then secure the yarn inside the head.

Now crochet little balls for the horn tips.

Take brown or any contrasting yarn and split it into plies. We need two separated strands (you can also use embroidery floss in two or three strands). We will use a 1 mm hook.

Rnd 1. 6 sc in MR (6)
Fasten off and leave a long tail for sewing.
Rnd 2-3. 6 sc (6)

Make two decreases and hide the yarn tail inside this ball. Do not fully close the opening, we need to place this ball onto the horn.

Put a little glue on the tip of the horn and place the ball on top.

Toy Assembly and Finishing

First sew the head to the body, sew or glue the eyes between rounds 10 and 11, embroider the nostrils between rounds 4 and 5, and embroider the smile with black thread around round 6-7. Sew the ears on the same round level as the horns.

Next sew the arms to round 10 of the body.

Crochet the tail. I use the yarn left after sewing on an arm. I sew on the arm and bring the remaining yarn tail out where the tail should be, then take a hook and crochet 4-5 ch. Cut the yarn and lightly fluff the end. Then embroider the spots with contrasting yarn in any order.
