Halo
- Wrap a 6 in (15 cm) piece of wire with gold or yellow thread.
- Bend it into a ring. For an even shape, wrap it around a handy cylinder about 1.2 in (3 cm) in diameter (I used a glue stick).
- Twist the wire ends together.

Heart
You can add a heart if desired. It consists of one round of stitches in different heights, worked into an MR:
ch 2, 2 dc, 2 hdc, dc, 2 hdc, 2 dc, ch 2
Pull the MR closed. Cut the yarn and weave in the ends.
Assembly

- Thread the yarn tail from one arm onto a needle and insert the arm into a sleeve, bringing the needle out through the sleeve one round below the MR. Use the same yarn to sew the sleeve to the body. Attach the second arm in the same way.
- Join the arms together. Tie the yarn tails from the MRs and use a needle to hide them inside the arms.
- Sew on the hair.
- Sew or glue on the wings.
- Attach the halo.
- Use tweezers or the sharp tip of your scissors to separate the strands of the hair and head. Add clear craft glue to the opening, then insert the wire ends. Alternatively, secure the halo with a few stitches instead of glue.
