Cat in Headphones

Free crochet tutorial for the Cat in Headphones by Yulia Gavrilova @igrushki.volzhsk.

With this pattern, you can crochet the meme cat in headphones. To make this amigurumi, you will need YarnArt Jeans cotton blend yarn (or a similar alternative). The headphones, bow, and Sims icon are crocheted with the same yarn. A wire frame is used inside the tail.

• YarnArt Jeans in the main beige color (07), white (62), pink (36), green (60), brown for the nose (70), and black for embroidering the eyes
• 2 mm crochet hook
• 10 mm safety eyes

Pull the stitches closed and fasten off.

Shape the eyes

Insert the needle at point A and bring it out at point B, insert it at point C and bring it out again at point A. Pull tight and secure the yarn.

Repeat the same steps for the second eye, mirrored.

Embroider the eyes, nose, and mouth.

Insert a piece of wire the same length as the tail (mine is 8 cm), wrapping the wire with medical tape first. Fold in half, crochet 6 sc through both sides, and sew on the tail.

Bow

1. Ch 16, starting in the second chain from the hook, work 15 sc, tch, turn. Work 6 more rows back and forth, remembering to make a turning chain at the end of each row.

Wrap yarn around the center to shape the bow.
