Crochet amigurumi Raccoon Timmy pattern

Head
With gray yarn:
1: 6 sc in MR = 6 sc
2: (inc) x 6 times = 12 sc
3: (1 sc, inc) x 6 times = 18 sc
4: (2 sc, inc) x 6 times = 24 sc
5: (3 sc, inc) x 6 times = 30 sc
6: (4 sc, inc) x 6 times = 36 sc
7: (5 sc, inc) x 6 times = 42 sc
8: (6 sc, inc) x 6 times = 48 sc
9: (7 sc, inc) x 6 times = 54 sc
10: (8 sc, inc) x 6 times = 60 sc
Rows 11-19: crochet without changes = 60 sc (9 rows)
20: (8 sc, dec) x 6 times = 54 sc
21: (7 sc, dec) x 6 times = 48 sc
22: (6 sc, dec) x 6 times = 42 sc
23: (5 sc, dec) x 6 times = 36 sc
24: (4 sc, dec) x 6 times = 30 sc
25: (3 sc, dec) x 6 times = 24 sc
Fasten off and cut the yarn. Stuff the piece with fiberfill.
Ears (make 2)
Each ear consists of two pieces. With gray yarn:
1: 6 sc in MR = 6 sc
2: (1 sc, 3 sc in one stitch) x 3 times = 12 sc
3: (3 sc, 3 sc in one stitch) x 3 times = 18 sc
4: (5 sc, 3 sc in one stitch) x 3 times = 24 sc
Fasten off, leaving a long tail for sewing. Cut the yarn.
With black yarn:
1: 6 sc in MR = 6 sc
2: (1 sc, 3 sc in one stitch) x 3 times = 12 sc
3: (3 sc, 3 sc in one stitch) x 3 times = 18 sc
Fasten off, leaving a long tail for sewing. Cut the yarn.
Sewing the ears
Place the two pieces together with the wrong sides facing each other and sew the black piece to the gray piece.
After sewing the pieces together, crochet around the edge with sc using white yarn. Hide and trim the white and black yarn tails. Do not crochet around the side that will be sewn to the head.
Make the second ear in the same way. The ears are ready.
Eye patches (make 2)
The eye patches are worked in turning rows. With black yarn:
1: Chain 10. Starting from the 3rd ch from the hook, work 2 dc, 1 hdc, 5 sc = 9 sc (turn your work)
2: 5 sc, 1 hdc, 3 dc = 9 sc
3: Ch 2 for turning, in the same base stitch work 1 dc, then 1 dc, 1 hdc, 6 sc = 10 sc
Fasten off, leaving a long tail for sewing. Cut the yarn. Now crochet around the patch with sc, as shown in the photo.
Make the second piece the same way, but the second patch will be sewn on with the wrong side facing out, so crochet the edging from the wrong side.
Nose
With white yarn. We will crochet it like the sole of a baby bootie.
Chain 4
1: Starting from the second ch from the hook: inc, 1 sc, 3 sc in the top of the chain, then along the other side of the chain work 2 sc = 8 sc
2: 2 inc, 2 sc, 2 inc, 2 sc = 12 sc
3: 12 sc
4: 1 sc, 2 inc, 3 sc, 2 inc, 4 sc = 16 sc
5: 16 sc
Fasten off, leaving a long tail for sewing. Cut the yarn. Stuff the nose. Sew the nose on vertically.
Face assembly
Sew the ears between rows 5 and 8. I sewed mine with a slight curve. Sew the nose vertically between rows 13 and 18.
- Sew on the eye patches.
- Glue or sew on the eyes. Mine are 5 mm half-bead eyes, glued with Moment glue.
- Under the eyes, make a couple of stitches with white yarn to highlight the eyes.
- Embroider the eyebrows above the eyes with white yarn.
- Embroider the nose and mouth with black yarn. I used Iris yarn.

Legs (make 2)
With black yarn:

Rows 5-6: 21 sc (2 rows)
With gray yarn:
Rows 7-10: 21 sc
11: 2 dec, 7 sc, 2 inc, 8 sc = 21 sc
Fasten off and cut the yarn. Make the second leg in the same way, but do not cut the yarn.
Body
Work a couple of stitches on the second leg, then chain 5. Join to the second leg with sl st.
1: 21 sc (one leg), 5 sc (along the chain), 21 sc (second leg), 5 sc (along the other side of the chain) = 52 sc
2: (12 sc, inc) x 4 times = 56 sc
3: 56 sc
4: 21 sc, (1 sc, inc) x 4 times, 27 sc = 60 sc
Rows 5-16: 60 sc (12 rows)
17: (13 sc, dec) x 4 times = 56 sc
18: 56 sc
19: (12 sc, dec) x 4 times = 52 sc
20: 52 sc
21: (11 sc, dec) x 4 times = 48 sc
22: (10 sc, dec) x 4 times = 44 sc
23: 44 sc
Do not forget to stuff the piece as you crochet.
24: (9 sc, dec) x 4 times = 40 sc
25: 40 sc
26: 17 sc, (1 sc, dec) x 4 times, 11 sc = 36 sc

29: 32 sc
30: (6 sc, dec) x 4 times = 28 sc
31: (5 sc, dec) x 4 times = 24 sc
Fasten off, leaving a long tail for sewing. Cut the yarn and stuff firmly. Sew the head to the body.

Arms (make 2)
Stuff lightly as you crochet. With black yarn:
1: 6 sc in MR = 6 sc
2: (inc) x 6 times = 12 sc
3: (1 sc, inc) x 6 times = 18 sc

With gray yarn:
Rows 8-21: 15 sc (14 rows)
22: (3 sc, dec) x 3 times = 12 sc
23: dec x 6 times = 6 sc
Fold in half and crochet both sides together with 3 sc. Fasten off, leaving a long tail for sewing. Cut the yarn. Make the second arm in the same way.
Tail
With white yarn:
1: 6 sc in MR = 6 sc
2: (1 sc, inc) x 3 times = 9 sc
3: (1 sc, inc) x 4 times, 1 sc = 13 sc

5: (1 sc, inc) x 8 times, 1 sc = 25 sc
Rows 6-7: 25 sc
With black yarn:
8: 25 sc
9: (1 sc, dec) x 8 times, 1 sc = 17 sc
With gray yarn:
10: 17 sc
11: 17 sc

Stuff the tail, fold it in half, and crochet 5 sc across.
Sew the arms on the 3rd row down from the head. Sew the tail around rows 6-7. I sewed it so it sticks up playfully, but you can place it however you like.

Overalls
With blue yarn:
Cast on 52 stitches on 2.5 mm knitting needles and work in 2 x 2 ribbing.
Rows 1-23: edge st, (K2, P2) x to the end of the row, edge st = 52 stitches
Always purl the last stitch, the edge stitch.
