Tim the amigurumi cat crochet pattern

Free crochet pattern for Tim the Cat by Elena Luzina @leluza_knitting.

With this tutorial, you can crochet a plush cat. Any plush yarn works well for this amigurumi project: Himalaya Dolphin Baby, YarnArt Dolce, Nako Bonbon Panda Baby, and others. For the muzzle, you can use fluffy Alize Softy Plus yarn.

The finished toy is about 30 cm tall.

Materials and Tools

  • Plush yarn: 1 skein in the main color, plenty of white yarn
  • 3.5-4 mm crochet hook
  • Thread for embroidering the muzzle
  • 14 mm safety eyes
  • 14 mm safety nose
  • Toy stuffing
  • 0.5 mm fishing line (for whiskers)
  • Cotter pins, 2 pairs x 25 mm (for legs)
  • Cotter pins, 2 pairs x 20 mm (for arms)
  • Needle
  • Scissors

Insert the eyes between rounds 13 and 14, with 5 stitches between them.

Muzzle
