Tiger Cub

Free crochet tutorial for a Tiger Cub by Viktoriya Makarevich @odessaviktorytoy.
With this pattern, you can crochet a tiger with a scarf. Any acrylic yarn, cotton yarn, or cotton blend yarn will work for this amigurumi: YarnArt Jeans, Alize Cotton Gold, Gazzal Baby Cotton, and others.
The finished toy is about 10 cm tall.
Materials and Tools
- Gazzal Baby Cotton yarn: orange, white, brown, green
- 1.75 mm crochet hook
- Thread for embroidering the face
- Toy stuffing

Head
Use orange yarn.

Stuff, cut the yarn, and fasten off. Leave a tail for sewing.
Muzzle
Use white yarn.

Cut the yarn and fasten off. Sew to the head between rounds 11-17. Embroider the nose, eyes, eyebrows, and stripes on the forehead and cheeks.
Ears (Make 2)
1: 6 sc in MR, ch, turn

Cut the yarn and fasten off. Sew to the head between rounds 3-8.
Arms (Make 2)
Start with white yarn.

Change from white yarn to orange yarn.
4-5: 8 sc
6: change from orange yarn to brown yarn, 8 sc
7-8: crochet 2 rounds with orange yarn, 8 sc
9: change from orange yarn to brown yarn, 8 sc
Work all remaining rounds with orange yarn.
10-17: 8 sc
18: Fold the piece in half and crochet 4 sc through both layers.
Cut the yarn and fasten off. Do not stuff the piece.
