Skirt
Join YarnArt Jeans 01 white to the unused loops of Row 8 and work one row of sc. Then crochet 3 rows following the chart:

Next row: repeat (ch 3, skip 2 stitches, sc) to the end of the row. Now work under the arches from the previous row: repeat (6 dc under the first arch, 1 sc under the next arch) to the end of the row. Sew the arms on with thread jointing.

Now work into the front loops of this same row: turn and continue to the other side in a spiral through the front loops: sl st, ch 35, and starting in the second ch from the hook: 34 sl st, sl st in the next st. Continue this way to the end of the row, making strands every other stitch: work a strand into one stitch, then in the next stitch join with sl st and make another sl st, but without a strand (skip 1 stitch). The strands should be staggered with the previous row. When you reach the last round near the crown, make the strands more often, in every stitch.

Now sew the wig to the head. Do not sew down the last strands at the crown.

Bind off all stitches, take the hook, and crochet: repeat (ch 3, skip 1 stitch, sl st) to the end of the row. Fasten off, cut the yarn tails, and sew on 2 buttons. Now decorate the little sarafan. There are many Slavic protective patterns, each with its own meaning. Since I am not very skilled at embroidery, I chose the simplest one (the second one in the picture). Embroider with any white yarn; I used Gazzal Baby Cotton 3410 white. Take a longer piece of yarn so it is enough for the whole hem. When embroidering, use the knit V's as a guide; I embroidered the check marks over every 3 V's. Then embroider through the center of the check marks.
Join Gazzal Baby Cotton 3410 white to Row 12 and crochet: repeat (ch 3, skip 1 stitch, sl st) to the end of the row. Fasten off and cut the yarn tails.

On the arms, you can embroider a cross-stitch border along the sleeve edge. Crochet the belt with two strands held together (red + white): make a ch about 30 cm long and thread it through the holes of Row 7. Leave about 1.5 cm tails at the ends, tie knots, and fluff the yarn tails with a needle to make tassels.
Shoes (make 2)
YarnArt Jeans 01 white, 1.9 mm hook.
1. Ch 7, starting in the second ch from the hook: inc, 4 sc, 4 sc in the last st, along the other side of the chain: 4 sc, inc (16)
Continue working in the round.
2. 2 inc, 4 sc, 4 inc, 4 sc, 2 inc (24)
3. (1 sc, inc) x 2, 4 sc, (1 sc, inc) x 4, 4 sc, (1 sc, inc) x 2 (32)
Change to Pekhorka Children's Novelty yarn, color 06 red.
4. In BLO: 32 sc (32)
5-7. 32 sc (32)
8. 4 sc, 12 dec, 4 sc (20)
Fasten off and cut the yarn tails. Join Pekhorka Children's Novelty yarn, color 06 red, to the unused loops of Row 4 at the back and crochet around the sole: repeat (ch, sl st) to the end of the row. Fasten off and cut the yarn tails.
Join Gazzal Baby Cotton 3410 white at the front center of the shoe, leaving a tail about 25 cm long (this will be one tie), and work sl st around the upper edge. When you return to the beginning, cut the yarn with a longer tail (this will be the other tie), bring the yarn to the right side and crochet a chain. Then bring the yarn tail left at the beginning to the right side and crochet a chain with it as well. Thread beads onto the ends.
Crochet the second shoe the same way. The shoes are ready.

Headband
Crochet the headband. I made a strap. At the beginning of the work, leave a yarn tail about 25 cm long; at the end, leave the same length before cutting the yarn. Crochet chains at both ends and tie knots at the tips. Decorate the headband however you like.
