Sailor Hat
Start from the top of the hat with white yarn:
1. 8 sc in MR (8)
2. inc x 8 (16)
3. (sc, inc) x 8 (24)
4-6. (3 rounds) 24 sc (24)
sl st in the first stitch, ch, turn.
Move the marker here and crochet from the second stitch from the hook:
7. BLO (5 sc, inc) x 4 (28)
Then crochet as usual
8. 28 sc (28)
Switch to blue yarn
9. BLO sl st to the end of the round (28), sl st in the first stitch
Fasten off, leaving a tail for sewing.
Ribbon for the Hat
Start with the first ribbon: chain 14. Hold the hat upside down, attach the first ribbon, and continue crocheting the line through FLO.

Fasten off and cut the yarn tail.
