Raccoon in a Sweater
Free crochet pattern for Raccoon in a Sweater by Svetlana Altunina @knit.friends.
With this pattern, you can crochet a raccoon in a little sweater. Any fuzzy yarn will work for this amigurumi project. Experience working with eyelash yarn is required. The toy is crocheted, and the clothing is knitted.

Finishing and Assembly
Congratulations! The easiest part is done)) Now let's move on to finishing:
First, brush all the pieces with a slicker brush.
Take the head and sew the muzzle to it, checking the placement against the photo. Pin the ears in place, then insert a third pin where the center of the ear should be. Leave this pin in place and remove the ear itself.
Now make the shaping indentation for the ears: insert the needle from the bottom of the head, where you finished crocheting. Leave the tail of yarn hanging. Then bring the needle out at either ear, for example the right one, where the pin is. Move 2 sc to the side from the pin and bring the needle back down, exactly into the same spot where you inserted it (this is important). Now you have two yarn tails: the one you started the indentation with and the one you finished with. Tie them together with several tight knots to form a small hollow for the eye. The knots should sink into the stuffing, with the tails left on top; simply trim those tails. Repeat for the second ear. Now you can sew on the ears.
Attach the eyes. First, glue them in place.
Start needle felting. First, use black wool to make these triangle shapes (or not quite triangles), then felt white stripes over the top.
Then finish the nose and mouth. Felt the inner part of the ears with white wool.
Embroider a small white line under the eyes and CAREFULLY brush the transition between black and white.
Sweater Knitting Pattern
Cast on 48 stitches. Work two rows in garter stitch.
Knit the little sleeves: raglan = YO, K1, YO
Row 2: Slip 1 edge stitch, K9, raglan, K5, raglan, K14, raglan, K5, raglan, K9 + edge purl stitch.
Row 3: purl all stitches
Row 4: K11, raglan, K7, raglan, K16, raglan, K7, raglan, K11
Row 5: purl row
Row 6: K12, raglan, K9, raglan, K18, raglan, K9, raglan, K12
Row 7: purl row
Row 8: K13, slip 9 knit stitches onto a pin, K20, slip 9 knit stitches onto a pin, K13.
Row 9: purl all stitches that were not slipped onto pins
Row 10: and so on: knit in stockinette stitch until the piece is the length you need
Then bind off the stitches. Return to the little sleeves, move the stitches onto a needle, and knit as many rows in stockinette stitch as needed for your "size," then bind off the stitches. Repeat the same for the second sleeve.
