Assembling and finishing the toy

Sew the head to the body, adding stuffing to the neck as you go. Sew the arms between rounds 13 and 14 of the body, about 4-5 sc apart.
Sew on the ears. For the bunny, sew the ears between rounds 4 and 5 of the head, about 8-9 sc apart. For the bear, count down 3 rounds from the top of the head and sew on the ears.
Sew on the eyes between rounds 10 and 11, 9 sc apart. You can embroider the whites of the eyes with white plush or cotton yarn. Embroider the nose between rounds 12 and 13.
Sew on the legs. For the bear, which is a sitting toy, start attaching the legs between rounds 4 and 6, about 11 sc apart. Adjust for your gauge and personal preference; you can sew the legs 2-3 sc closer together if you like. For the bunny, sew the legs between rounds 4 and 5, about 10-11 sc apart, or attach them with buttons in the same round.
Sew the tail on between rounds 3 and 5.
