Plush Bull Fedya

Free crochet tutorial for Fedya the Bull by Olga Rakitskaya @rakita.toys.

With this pattern, you can crochet a plush bull. Any plush yarn is suitable for this amigurumi: Himalaya Dolphin Baby, YarnArt Dolce, Nako Bonbon Panda Baby, and others. The author recommends using Dolphin Baby yarn and a 4.0 mm hook.

Finished toy height is about 30 cm.

Required materials

• Himalaya Dolphin Baby yarn (color No. 80301, No. 80317, No. 80306)
• YarnArt Jeans yarn for shaping the muzzle
• YarnArt Jeans yarn for shaping the upper and lower legs and for the tip of the tail
• Iris yarn, black (for eyebrows)
• 3.5-4.0 mm crochet hook
• Fiberfill
• 16 mm safety eyes
• Sewing needle for assembling parts

Head

Use color No. 80317.

Round 4: 1 sc, inc, 5 sc, inc, 3 sc, inc, 5 sc, inc, 2 sc (24)

Change yarn color to No. 80301 (white).
Insert eyes between rounds 8 and 9.

Hook size 3.5 mm. Use color No. 80317.

Round 5: 4 sc, inc, 4 sc, make a sl st and cut yarn, leaving 20 cm for sewing.

Ears (2 parts)

Crochet two white pieces in color No. 80301 and two pieces in color No. 80317.

First, crochet two white pieces.

Round 1: ch 7
Round 2: starting in the 2nd ch from hook: 5 sc, 3 sc in last ch, 4 sc, inc (14)
Round 3: inc, 4 sc, inc x 3, 4 sc, inc x 2 (20), make a sl st and cut yarn.

Next, crochet two pieces in color No. 80317 and do not cut the yarn. Place each with a white piece, wrong sides together, and single crochet around the edge. At the end of the round, make a sl st and cut about 20 cm of yarn for sewing.

Then thread the yarn into a needle, fold the ear in half, and sew through the outer 2 sc, then pull the yarn to the base of the ear to make it easier to sew onto the head.

Lower legs and body (crochet as one piece)

For the first leg:

Rounds 13-17: 13 sc, make a sl st and cut yarn.

Tail

Ch 13, pull up the last loop and insert brown YarnArt Jeans yarn into it, pre-folded into several strands, then tighten this loop firmly.

Then cut the yarn, leaving 15 cm. Thread the yarn into a needle and weave it upward in a zigzag, as shown in the photo.

Then trim the ends and the tail is ready. Next sew on the head, legs, tail, ears, and horns. Embroider eyebrows and eyelashes, and your bull is ready!
