Round 4: 2 sc, inc (6 times) 24 sc

Round 10: 8 sc, inc (6 times) 60 sc
Round 11: 9 sc, inc (6 times) 66 sc
Rounds 12-20: no changes, crochet in the round.
Round 21: Begin decreasing: 9 sc, dec (6 times) sc
Continue this way to the end. When a small opening remains, stuff the owl's head firmly, fasten off, and hide the yarn tail.
Eye Whites (2 pieces)
Round 1: 6 MR
Round 2: 6 inc
Round 3: 1 sc, inc (6 times) 18 sc
Round 4: 2 sc, inc (6 times) 24 sc
Fasten off, hide the yarn tail, and cut it. Steam the eye pieces with an iron.
Glue them together (the colored part and the white part). I used Moment glue. I left them under pressure for about 15 minutes. I also glued on the eyes after cutting off the safety-eye posts.
Nose (Beak)
Round 1: 6 MR
Round 2: 6 inc
Round 3: 1 sc, inc (6 times) 18 sc
Rounds 4-5: no changes
Sew the parts together and leave a long yarn tail for attaching.
Ears (2 pieces)
Round 1: 6 MR
Round 2: 1 sc, inc = 9 sc
Round 3: 2 sc, inc = 12 sc
Round 4: 5 sc, inc (2 times) 14 sc
Rounds 5-6: no changes
Leave a yarn tail for sewing.
Wings (2 pieces)
Round 1: 6 MR
Round 2: 1 sc, inc = 9 sc
Round 3: 2 sc, inc = 12 sc
Round 4: 5 sc, inc (2 times) 14 sc
Round 5: 6 sc, inc (2 times) 16 sc
Round 6: 7 sc, inc (2 times) 18 sc
Round 7: 8 sc, inc (2 times) sc
Rounds 8-10: no changes
Join both sides together. Along the top, crochet an edging: 3 chain stitches, sc, 3 ch, sc, and repeat to the end. This creates the feather effect.
Bow
17 ch (2 of them are turning chains) = 15 dc
Round 1: dc to the end of the row, 15 dc
Round 2: Work the row through both loops, 15 dc
Rounds 3-4: no changes. 15 dc
Wrap yarn tightly around the middle to shape the bow. Fasten off and hide the yarn tail.
Crochet a nice ribbon for the center of the bow:
4 ch (1 is a turning chain), crochet the ribbon with 3 sc in each row (same principle as for the bow).
Bottom of the Owl
Crochet a circle up to 5 sc.
Start with 6 MR.
Sew the bottom to the owl!!
