Oda the Raccoon

Free crochet tutorial for Ekaterina Zborovskaya @zbor_ka's Oda the Raccoon.
With this pattern, you can crochet a little raccoon holding a donut. Any cotton blend yarn and a matching crochet hook will work well for this amigurumi project. The designer recommends YarnArt Jeans or similar yarns (Alize Cotton Gold, Gazzal Baby Cotton). The tutorial also includes a pattern for crocheting an appetizing donut.
Materials and tools
- Yarn: gray, white, black (for the raccoon)
- Yarn in any color (for the donut)
- Crochet hook
- Safety eyes
- Synthetic poly filling
- Needle for sewing the pieces together

Crochet pattern for an amigurumi raccoon with a donut
Eyes (make 2)
With white yarn:
1. 6 sc in MR
2. 6 inc (12)
3. (1 sc, inc) x 6 (18), sl st, leave yarn on one piece for sewing, we will split it into two strands and it will be enough for both eyes
Nose
With black yarn:
1. 6 sc in MR

Keep all color changes on the arms and tail strictly vertical.

Start with black yarn, alternating with white yarn every two rounds:

Next in the pattern there will be 3 dec; they should be placed between the ears on both sides of the head, so keep the marker aligned with these decreases

Sew on the eyes and glue in the pupils.
Donut
Sew the donut to the hands, with beige yarn chain 18 and join into a ring.
