20: 6 dec (6)
21: 3 dec (3)
Stuff the piece as you crochet. Fasten off, leaving a long tail. Shape the paw.
(Starting from the bottom of the foot, pass the long yarn tail with a needle through to the other side of the foot (top), turn the needle, and pass it back in the opposite direction to return to the starting point (bottom). Repeat the same on the other side of the foot. Once both sides of the foot are done, run the yarn from the bottom of the leg all the way up to the very top of the foot/leg. Turn it slightly to fold the paw. Do not cut the yarn yet.)
Ears (2 pieces)
Work in rounds, closing each round with a slip stitch and starting each new round with a turning chain:
1: 3 sc in MR (6)
2: 3 inc (6)
3: (sc, inc) x 3 (9)
4: (2 sc, inc) x 3 (12)
5: work even (12)
Do not stuff. Fasten off. Cut the yarn, leaving a tail long enough for sewing.
Tail
Work in rounds, closing each round with a slip stitch and starting each new round with a turning chain:

20 ch + 1 ch for turning:
1: work even (20)
Fasten the yarn, leaving a long tail. Attach the bell to the 10th stitch so it hangs in the middle of the collar.
Felt Pieces
- Eyes: two yellow circles 13 mm in diameter, black circles 9 mm, white circles 1 mm.
- Nose: a pink triangle with sides 5 mm, 4 mm, 4 mm.
- Inner ears: 2 soft-pink triangles with sides 15 mm, 15 mm, 13 mm.

Hat Strap
Rectangle with sides 150 mm and 9 mm
Buckle: sides 11 mm and 10 mm, with a square hole 3 mm on each side
Pumpkin
Work in rounds, closing each round with a slip stitch and starting each new round with a turning chain.
Stuff as you crochet, leaving the center partly empty.
1: 6 sc in MR (6)
2: 6 inc (12)
3: (sc, inc) x 6 (18)
4: (2 sc, inc) x 6 (24)
5: (3 sc, inc) x 6 (30)
6-12: work even (30)
13: (3 sc, dec) x 6 (24)
14: (2 sc, dec) x 6 (18)
15: (sc, dec) x 6 (12)
16: 6 dec (6)

Fasten the yarn and leave a very long tail, because you will use it to shape the pumpkin segments. Use the yarn to form the first segment. To do this, pass the needle through the center of the pumpkin (from the top) and pierce the base (from inside the pumpkin to the outside). A small cavity should form in the center of the pumpkin (where the stem will be placed later). Pull the needle and yarn out through the base. Then insert the needle into the top opening again and pass through the pumpkin, bringing the needle out through the base. Repeat the same in the same place one more time (tighten these two lines well so it looks like planet meridians).
Repeat this 6 times, dividing the pumpkin into 6 segments. Fasten the yarn.
Pumpkin Stem
Work in rounds, closing each round with a slip stitch and starting each new round with a turning chain:
1: 6 sc in MR
2-5: work even (6)
6: 6 inc (12)
Stem: do not stuff. Fasten off, leaving a long tail, and use this tail to sew it into the opening at the top of the pumpkin. Fasten and cut the yarn.
Toy Assembly

- Sew the ears to the head between rounds 3 and 7 (counting from the top).
- Assemble the eyes by gluing the parts together, then glue them to the head between rounds 10 and 12 (counting from the top), leaving 4 stitches between them.
- Glue the nose to the head on round 12 (counting from the top), exactly centered between the eyes.
- Glue the cheeks to the head between rounds 11 and 12 (counting from the top).
- Glue the inner triangles to the attached ears.
- Embroider whiskers with white thread on the head between rounds 9 and 11 (counting from the top), on the sides of the eyes.
- Sew the back legs to the body between rounds 5 and 10 (counting from the bottom). Sew along the hip toward the side (do not sew the feet, leave them free and fold them slightly to shape the paws).
- Sew the front legs to the body between rounds 5 and 18 (counting from the top), next to each other (do not sew the feet, leave them free, fold slightly to shape them into paws).
- Sew the tail to the body between rounds 5 and 6 (counting from the bottom), centered relative to the back legs.
- Sew the head to the body.
- Place the collar around the neck so the bell is in front, and sew the ends together at the back.
- Finally, place the hat on top. If you want, you can sew it to the head.
NOTE: if you do not want to glue the parts, you can sew them instead.
