Mini Bear

Free Mini Bear crochet tutorial by Kristina @shop.happy.toys.

With this pattern, you can crochet a plush bear in overalls. For this amigurumi, you will need YarnArt Dolce plush yarn (you can substitute similar yarns). The toy's clothing is crocheted with YarnArt Jeans cotton blend yarn. Add sculpting on the muzzle with strong thread. Use safety eyes.

Materials and tools

• YarnArt Dolce Baby plush yarn: main body color and a little extra for the muzzle (754 and 745)
• YarnArt Jeans 87 yarn (for shaping the muzzle)
• Fine Iris yarn for embroidering the nose
• 3 mm crochet hook
• 9 mm safety eyes
• Toy stuffing
• Stitch markers
• Pins
• Sewing thread for sculpting
• Needle for sewing parts
• Scissors

Mini Bear Amigurumi Crochet Pattern

Head

1. 6 sc in MR (6)
2. 6 inc (12)

7-12. 36 sc - 6 times (36)

At this stage, insert the eyes between rounds 8 and 9, spacing them 6 sc apart (from leg to leg, see photo), and do not forget to stuff as you go.

Assembly and finishing

2. Sew the muzzle from round 9 to round 13

Insert the needle at point 1, bring it out at point 2, insert at point 3, bring it out at point 1.

Insert the needle at point 4 (1 sc to the right), bring it out at point 5, insert at point 6, bring it out at point 4.

Insert the needle at point 7 (1 sc to the right), bring it out at point 8, insert at point 9, bring it out at point 7.

Insert the needle at point 10 (1 sc to the right), bring it out at point 11, insert at point 12, bring it out at point 10.

4. Embroider the nose, whites of the eyes, eyelashes, and eyebrows

5. Sew ears between rounds 3 and 8

6. Sew the tail between rounds 11 and 12

Overalls

1. Make 48 ch, join into a ring with sl st, then crochet in the round:
2-3. 48 sc
4. 34 sc, 5 ch, skip 5 sc, 9 sc
5-1. 48 sc - 10 times
15. 35 sc (partial round)

Cut the yarn, leaving a 15 cm tail (for sewing the center). Sew 4 sc together in the middle (on the wrong side), leaving 20 sc for each pant leg.

Straps - 20 ch.

On the front, leave 6 sc between the straps. On the back, leave 4 sc between the straps.
