Bind off all stitches and cut the yarn. Sew on 3 buttons. Use thin cotton lace (1 cm wide). Sew it on the sleeves, folding it in half so it is narrower. Then sew lace around the neckline (without folding), making small gathers. Along the neckline, sew from button to button loop. The dress is ready.
Apron

1. Chain 10 ch, starting from the second chain from hook crochet 9 sc, 1 ch turn
2-30. 9 sc, 1 ch, turn

Then crochet 15 sc along the edge of the apron (waistband), making small gathers. Chain 40 ch again, starting from the second chain from hook crochet 39 sc, then crochet 15 sc along the waistband. Fasten off and cut the yarn tails.
Shoulder straps
Join yarn 6 sc from the apron edge, chain 24 ch, and join to the waistband, skipping 14 stitches from the apron edge; crochet 1 sc on the waistband, then from the second chain from hook crochet 23 sc. Then crochet 2 sl st along the waistband, chain another 24 ch, and make the second strap the same way.

Edge the straps and the lower apron edge: 3 ch, skip 1 stitch, 1 sc. Fasten off and cut all yarn tails. If you used cotton yarn for the apron like I did, you can press it through a damp cloth. Done!
