Little Monsters Larry, Bubs, and Lapochka

A free crochet tutorial for Little Monsters Larry, Bubs, and Lapochka by @toy.eka.

With this pattern, you can crochet three toothy little monsters. For this amigurumi project, any plush, velour, or fluffy yarn will work: Himalaya Dolphin Baby, YarnArt Dolce, Alize Softy, and others.

Materials and tools

• Plush yarn
• Fluffy yarn Alize Softy (held double)
• Fine yarn Coco Vita or Iris
• Crochet hooks: 2 mm, 3 mm, and 4 mm
• Embroidery floss for teeth, fangs, and mouths
• Toy stuffing
• Needle for sewing pieces together
• Scissors

Crochet Larry

Arms (make 2)

1. 6 sc in MR
2-6. 6 sc
7. Fold the piece in half and crochet through both sides: 3 sc. Do not stuff!

Legs (make 2)

Cut the yarn. Make the second leg the same way, but do not cut the yarn on the second one; continue crocheting the body. Change yarn color whenever you like. Stuff lightly as you go.

Bow

Crochet the whole bow into a magic ring!

3 ch, 2 dc, 3 ch into the ring base - one side of the bow; 3 ch, 2 dc, 3 ch into the ring base - the second side. Wrap the remaining tail around the center a couple of times and tie it on the wrong side.

Sew on the ears, eyes, and bow. Embroider the mouth, and embroider teeth below it. Embroider a highlight on the eye. Embroider the inner part of the ears in pink. Ready!
