Amigurumi Lalafanfan Duck keychain crochet

With this pattern, you can crochet a Lalafanfan duck keychain with a bow. For this amigurumi project, any acrylic, cotton, or cotton blend yarn and a matching crochet hook will work.

Finished toy size is about 6 cm.

Materials and Tools

  • Yarn: yellow (main), light yellow (shirt and bow), pink (cheeks), orange (beak)

Lalafanfan Duck Amigurumi Keychain Crochet Pattern

The whole toy is crocheted using split stitches (waistcoat stitch). In short, when crocheting, the hook is usually inserted under both loops, but for split stitches, the hook should be inserted below the loops, into the center of the stitch.

Head

Insert safety eyes between rounds 6 and 7.

Fasten off the yarn. Sew a loop onto the top of the head and attach the cord.

Beak

Sew the cheeks and beak to the head. Sew the head to the body.

Bow

Work in turning rows.

1. Ch 4, starting from the second chain from the hook: 2 dc (2)
2-8. 7 rows - 2 ch, 2 dc (2)

Without cutting the yarn, make a chain of 28 ch and work 27 sl st along the chain. Then edge the top and bottom of the bow piece with 16 sc on each side. Fasten off the yarn and leave a long tail for finishing.

Fold the two edges of the bow toward the center, stitch the edges, and secure the wrap (close it into a ring), then wrap the middle of the bow with the yarn tail. All that remains is to sew the bow with the wrap to the head, and your keychain is ready!
