Amigurumi Crochet Hearts Keychain Pattern

Heart
1: 7 sc in MR
2: 7 inc = 14
3-4: 14 sc, sl st
Make two identical pieces. Do not cut the yarn on the second one. Join both pieces with 2 sc. (To do this, place the 2 pieces right sides together, insert the hook from the wrong side, and crochet 2 sc through both pieces.)
Continue crocheting in the round. The decreases go in the center and on the sides, which is exactly why we use sm.
5 rnd. 24 sc + sm.
6 rnd. (4 sc, dec) x 4 = 20
7 rnd. 20 sc
8 rnd. (3 sc, dec) x 4 = 16 + sm.
9 rnd. (2 sc, dec) x 4 = 12
Stuff with fiberfill
10 rnd. (1 sc, dec) x 4 = 8
11 rnd. 4 dec = 4, sl st
Cut the yarn and sew the opening closed. The little heart is ready! Then let your imagination lead the way. You can attach a keychain base or a brooch pin, or sew on hair ties.
