Hazelnut Bunny

Free Hazelnut Bunny crochet pattern by @littlefish.crocheterie.

With this pattern, you can crochet a small bunny in overalls with a carrot. For this toy, you can use any acrylic yarn, cotton yarn, or cotton blend yarn.

Stuff the head firmly. Cut the yarn, thread the tail through the remaining 6 stitches (through the front loops), pull the opening closed, and hide the yarn tail inside the head. Embroider the nose with pink yarn. Use white and brown yarn to shape the eyes. Sew the ears to the head and the arms to the body. Finally, sew the head to the body.

Overalls

Use dark brown yarn. Work the pant legs in joined rounds, joining each round with a slip stitch and making 1 ch at the beginning of every round. Crochet the first stitch of each new round into the same stitch as the slip stitch. Make 2 identical pieces. Chain 21 and join into a ring with a slip stitch.

For the first piece, cut the yarn and fasten off. For the second piece, do not cut the yarn; join it to the first piece with a slip stitch into the first stitch of the first piece.

Continue: 4 sc to the end of the round. Make a sl st and cut the yarn. Mark two stitches at the front (the beginning and the end). This will be the bib of the overalls. The width of this section is 10 stitches. Join the yarn to the first stitch and crochet:

Cut the yarn, leaving a long tail for sewing the straps. Put the overalls on the bunny and sew the straps in place as shown in the photo.

Small Carrot

Start with orange yarn. Chain 5. Starting in the 3rd chain from the hook, work: 2 hdc, sc. Cut the yarn, leaving a tail for sewing. Attach green yarn and crochet the carrot leaves. Chain 4, sl st into the starting stitch. Cut the yarn.
