Gnome

Free crochet gnome pattern by @maybe_you_dream_.
With this pattern, you can crochet a gnome with a tall hat. To make this amigurumi, you will need YarnArt Jeans cotton blend yarn in two colors. The beard is made from felting wool. If you do not have any, you can use any long-pile faux fur or fuzzy yarn instead.
The finished gnome is about 7 in (18 cm) tall.
Materials and Tools
- YarnArt Jeans yarn (2 colors: one for the body and one for the hat and mittens)
- 2 mm crochet hook
- Fiberfill
- Stitch markers
- Pins
- Felting wool or fuzzy yarn for the beard
- Thin plastic for shaping the base
- Needle for sewing the pieces together
- Scissors

Fasten off, add a small amount of fiberfill, and leave a long tail for sewing.
Arms
Round 1: 6 sc in MR
Round 2: (2 sc, inc) x 2 (8)
Rounds 3–16: 8 sc (8)
Do not stuff.
Fold in half and crochet 4 sc through both layers.
Fasten off and leave a short tail.
Mittens
