Free Easter Decor crochet tutorial by Yuliya Deynega.

With this pattern, you can crochet a bunny basket for Easter eggs. For this amigurumi, any plush yarn will work, for example, Himalaya Dolphin Baby or YarnArt Dolce. The whole toy basket is crocheted as one piece. At the very end, add edging to the bottom. You can choose any shade. It is quick and easy to crochet and will become an original decoration for the Easter table.

Materials and Tools

• Plush yarn in any color
• 4-4.5 mm crochet hook
• Stitch markers
• Pins
• Needle for sewing parts
• Scissors

• sl st - slip stitch
• sc - single crochet
• dc - double crochet

Amigurumi Crochet Easter Egg Holder Bunny Basket Pattern

Rnd 1. 2 ch, starting in the second chain from the hook: 7 sc (or 7 in MR)
Rnd 2. inc (14)
Rnd 3. (1 sc, inc) x 7 (21)
Work round 4 in back loop only
Rnd 4. 21 sc
Rnd 5-8. 21 sc

Crochet the Ears

When you finish round 8, make a chain of 5 ch, then starting in the second chain from the hook crochet 4 sc, then sl st, crochet 1 sc, and move on to the second ear: make another chain of 5 ch, then starting in the second chain from the hook crochet 4 sc, then sl st. Do not cut the yarn.

Now edge the ears.

You already have the ear bases, and now edge them around: 4 sc along one side of the ear, then 4 dc in one center stitch, turn, and 4 sc along the other side, then sl st into the stitch between the ears. Edge the second ear the same way (4 sc, then 4 dc in one stitch, 4 sc along the other side), then sl st.

Cut the yarn and hide the tail.

Bottom Edging

Then join the yarn to the front loop of round 4 and edge the bottom:

1 ch, sl st, 1 ch, sl st, and continue like this to the end of the round.
