Crocheted Alyona the Crow

A free crochet tutorial for Alyona the Crow by Svetlana Voronkova.

With this pattern, you can crochet Alyona the Crow. Any cotton blend yarn will work well for this amigurumi project: Alize Cotton Gold, YarnArt Jeans, Gazzal Baby Cotton, and others. The toy is worked in a spiral, without a turning chain. Stuff with fiberfill as you go.

The finished toy measures about 26 cm.

If you want to use a wire frame, insert it at this stage. If you are working without a frame, stuff the piece fairly firmly.

Bring the frame out through the opening made by the 3 ch.

Assembly

  • Stuff the beak fairly firmly and sew it to the head.
  • Shape the nostrils with black thread and embroider a smile.
  • Cut eye whites from white felt and glue them above the beak. Glue the eyes onto them.
  • Sew on the chest patch.
  • Sew the tail above the decreases of Row 19.
  • Decorate this fashionable lady however you like.
