Finish crocheting and leave a long enough yarn tail. Use it to sew the nose on and shape the stripe under the nose.
Place the triangle onto a curved surface, such as a crochet hook handle or the back end of a ballpoint pen, to form a rounded shape. Sew it on without flattening it, adding a little fiberfill in the center so the nose protrudes.

Sew the nose on after tightening the muzzle!!!
After sewing, my nose measured about 14 mm across.
