Bunny, Bear, and Cat Rattle

Crochet rattle: bear, bunny, cat

With this pattern, you can crochet rattles for newborns shaped like little animals. The base of the toy is a wooden ring.

The tutorial includes three patterns:

Materials and tools

  • YarnArt Jeans or Alize Cotton Gold yarn
  • 1.7-2.0 mm crochet hook
  • Safety eyes
  • Toy stuffing
  • 55 mm wooden ring
  • Needle for sewing parts together
  • Scissors

Abbreviations

  • MR - magic ring
  • ch - chain stitch
  • sc - single crochet
  • inc - increase
  • dec - decrease
  • (...) x n - repeat n times

Amigurumi crochet rattle pattern

Covering the ring

Chain 10, then starting in the 2nd chain from the hook, crochet 9 sc to the end of the chain. Then make 1 ch and turn your work. Continue crocheting in turning rows for 34 more rows.

Leave a long tail for sewing. Sew the piece to the ring. The rings are ready.

Bear muzzle (2 pieces)

Chain 6. Starting in the 2nd chain from the hook:

2: 1 sc, inc, 3 sc, 1 sc, inc, 1 sc, inc, 3 sc, 1 sc, inc - 18 sc

Cat ears (2 pieces)

Fold in half and crochet 6 sc through both sides. Leave a tail for sewing.
