4: (2 sc, inc) x 6 times (24)
5: (3 sc, inc) x 6 times (30)
6: (4 sc, inc) x 6 times (36)
7: (5 sc, inc) x 6 times (42)

In the next round, make holes for the eyes. If you are using sew-on or glue-on eyes, work 42 sc without changes.

10: 42 sc
11: 6 inc, 6 sc, 6 inc, 24 sc (54)

18: (6 sc, dec) x 6 times (42)
19: (5 sc, dec) x 6 times (36)
20: (4 sc, dec) x 6 times (30)
Fasten off and leave a tail for sewing.
Ears (make 2)
Use the main color yarn.
1: 6 sc in MR
2: 6 inc (12)
3: (sc, inc) x 6 times (18)
Fasten off. Fold the ear in half again and sew through both edges across 2 stitches.
Muzzle
Use cream yarn.
1: 5 ch, starting in the second chain from the hook: 3 sc, 3 sc in one stitch, turn and work along the other side of the chain: 2 sc, 2 sc in one stitch (10)
2: inc, 2 sc, 3 inc, 2 sc, 2 inc (16)
3: (3 sc, inc) x 4 times (20)
4: 20 sc
Fasten off.
Horns (make 2)
Use brown yarn.

2: 4 sc
3: (sc, inc) x 2 times (6)
4: 6 sc
5: (2 sc, inc) x 2 times (8)
Fasten off.
Arms (make 2)
Do not stuff. Use brown yarn.
1: 6 sc in MR
2: (sc, inc) x 3 times (9)
3: 9 sc. Change to the main color yarn.
4-13: 9 sc (10 rounds)
Fold in half and crochet 4 sc through both layers. Cut the yarn. Sew the muzzle under the eyes, stuffing it lightly as you go. Then sew on the horns, placing them 4 rounds down from the start of the head. Bend the tips of the horns slightly inward. Sew the ears directly under the horns. With thin white thread, embroider the whites of the eyes. In round 6, embroider the eyebrows with black thread. Use the same thread to embroider the nostrils on the muzzle.
Legs and Body
Stuff as you go. Start with brown yarn.
1: 6 sc in MR
2: 6 inc (12)
3: 12 sc. Change to the main color.
4: 12 sc. Change to the pants color.
5-7: 12 sc (3 rounds)
Cut the yarn on one leg. Crochet the second leg, but do not cut the yarn. Work 2 more sc on the second leg so that, when you join the first leg, the color-change jog stays on the inside. Make 4 ch and join one leg to the other. Note that the beginning of the round will now be on the back.
8: 12 sc around one leg, 4 sc along the ch chain, 12 sc around the other leg, 4 sc along the ch chain (32)
9: (7 sc, inc) x 4 times (36)
10: (5 sc, inc) x 6 times (42)
11: (6 sc, inc) x 6 times (48)
12-19: 48 sc (8 rounds)
Change to the main color yarn.
20: 48 sc in the back loop only
21: (6 sc, dec) x 6 times (42)
22: (5 sc, dec) x 6 times (36)
23-25: 36 sc (3 rounds)
26: (4 sc, dec) x 6 times (30). Crochet the arms in on the next round.
27: 4 sc, work 4 sc through the stitches of the arm and body together, 10 sc, 4 sc with the arm, 8 sc (30)
Cut and secure the yarn. Sew the head to the body.
Overalls
Now finish the pants. In round 20 of the body, mark 8 back loops in the center. Join the pants-color yarn and work 8 sc into the loops of round 20. Then work 3 more turning rows of 8 sc each, making 1 turning ch at the beginning of each row. Now crochet around the edge of the piece, moving down toward the beginning of the row. Crochet around the pants along the remaining loops of round 20. Crochet around the edge of the piece again, this time moving upward.

Without cutting the yarn, make a strap from chain stitches. I made 20 ch. Your number may be different. The strap should be long enough to cross over to the back and sew to the beginning of the pants. Mine are crossed over. Join the yarn to the other side of the pants and make the second strap. Sew them to the beginning of the pants.
Tail
At the back of the bull, join the main color yarn and crochet a chain of 7 ch. Cut and secure the yarn. Make 3 equal strands of brown yarn, fold them in half, and pull them through the last ch of the tail. Pull the ends through the loop and tighten. Trim to the desired length.
