Cinderella

Free Cinderella crochet tutorial by Emily Friman @emily_friman.

With this pattern, you can crochet Cinderella. For this amigurumi project, any cotton blend or cotton yarn will work. The author recommends crocheting the doll with Lira Vita Cotton cotton blend yarn (150 m / 50 g) or an equivalent. If desired, you can shade the cheeks with soft pastels or blush.

Materials and Tools

Cinderella Amigurumi Doll Crochet Pattern

Legs (2 pieces)

1: 6 sc in MR (6)
2-6: 6 sc in each round (6)

7: On the second leg, DO NOT cut the yarn. Chain 3, join the first leg, and crochet 18 sc in the round (6 across one leg, 3 in the chain stitches on one side, 6 across the other leg, 3 on the reverse side of the chain stitches)

8-10: 18 sc in each round (18)
Switch yarn to the dress color:
11-12: 18 sc in each round (18)
13: 18 sc in BLO (18)
14: 18 sc (18)
Switch yarn to the body color:
15: 18 sc (18)
16: (dec, 1 sc) x 6 (12)
Switch yarn to black:
17: 12 sc (12).

Cut the yarn, hide all ends, and stuff the legs and body.

Head

Stuff with filling, cut the yarn, and sew to the body using a needle. Insert/glue/sew on the eyes, embroider lashes (the doll in the photo uses 6 mm screw eyes, inserted between rounds 10 and 11, with 5 sc between the eyes).

Arms (2 pieces)

Switch yarn to the body color:
5-7: 6 sc in each round (6)

Leave a long yarn tail and sew to the body with it (DO NOT stuff the arms).

Hair

1: 6 sc in MR (6)

7-10: 36 sc in each round
11: Skip 1 stitch and make 5 dc in one stitch, skip 1 stitch again, sc (this makes a semicircle "fan"), make 5 "fans" total (5 dc in one stitch, then sc through one stitch), after 5 fans crochet 16 sc.

Turn the work, 1 ch, 15 sc. Turn again, 1 ch, and again 15 sc (crochet 5-6 rows this way). Roll the resulting rectangle into a tube and sew. Put the hair on the head and sew in place.

Bun

1: 6 sc in MR (6)
2: 6 inc (12)
3: (inc, 1 sc) x 6 (18)

Stuff with filling and sew to the hair.

Headpiece

Chain 25, sl st in the second stitch from the hook, then 3 sl st in a row, 2 sc, hdc, 10 dc, hdc, 2 sc, 4 sl st in a row. Leave a long yarn tail and sew to the hair, decorate both sides with 2 beads.

Dress

Join yarn to the remaining front loops on the body.

1: 3 ch for turning, (4 dc in one stitch, 2 dc in one stitch) repeat to the end of the round, finish with sl st in the turning chain (54)
2-5: 3 ch for turning, 1 dc in each stitch, sl st (54)

Fasten off and hide yarn ends.

Sleeves (2 pieces)

Chain 9, insert the hook into the 2nd stitch from the hook, make sl st, another sl st in the next stitch, then 4 sc in a row, sl st, sl st. Leave a long yarn tail and sew to the body with it.

Dress Ruffle (White)

Chain 26, sl st in the second stitch, then crochet the following sequence: (sc, sc, in one stitch hdc and dc, dc, in one stitch two htr, in one stitch three tr, in one stitch two htr, dc, in one stitch dc and hdc, sc), sl st, sl st, sl st - repeat the entire sequence in parentheses one more time. Finish with sl st, leave a long yarn tail, and sew to the dress.
