Amigurumi Christmas Reindeer crochet pattern

With this pattern you can crochet a reindeer in pants. For this amigurumi project, any yarn and a suitable crochet hook will work. You can use any color for the outfit. If you like, you can embroider a snowflake or any other New Year design.

Amigurumi Christmas Reindeer crochet pattern

Pants

First pant leg

Chain 20, join in the round, crochet 8 rounds of 20 sc, and cut the yarn.

Second pant leg

Same as the first one. Without cutting the yarn, turn and crochet 5 sc, ch, turn, and repeat for 11 rows. Join with the first pant leg, then continue crocheting 14 rounds in the round.

Top of the pants

In turning rows: 15 sc x 9 rows

Toy assembly

  • Sew on the top part of the pants. If desired, embroider a snowflake
  • Sew on the straps and buttons
  • Make antlers from wire wrapped with dark brown yarn
  • Sew the ears to the head
  • Sew the head to the body
  • Sew the arms to the body
  • Shape the face: attach the eyes and embroider the eyebrows, nose, and mouth
