Christmas Gnome

Free Christmas Gnome crochet tutorial by @kurlova_toys.
With this pattern, you can crochet a gnome in a hat with a fluffy beard. For this amigurumi project, you can use any cotton blend yarn: YarnArt Jeans, Alize Cotton Gold, and similar options. For the beard, you will need fluffy yarn such as Alize Softy or Adelia Sofia.
The gnome is crocheted, while the hat is knitted.

Fasten off and hide the yarn tail. Sew the nose on at the level of the arms, lightly stuffing it with filling.
Hat
Cast on 42 stitches on 2.5 mm needles.
1-2: 1x1 ribbing (k1, p1)
3-10: stockinette stitch (8 rows)
Then continue in stockinette stitch, but in each right-side row make 1 dec at the beginning and at the end of the row (do not forget the edge stitches). Work wrong-side rows without changes. Continue until there are three stitches left on the needles. Pull the stitches tight and seam the hat.
