Crochet cabbage

Free Cabbage crochet tutorial by @artego_toys.

With this pattern, you can crochet a cabbage head. For this amigurumi project, any cotton or cotton blend yarn in cream and green shades will work. The author recommends using Alize Bella.

1.9 mm crochet hook
Toy stuffing
Needle for sewing parts
Scissors

Head

Start with cream yarn:

1: 6 sc in MR
2: inc x 6 = 12 sc
3: (inc, 1 sc) x 6 = 18 sc
4: (inc, 2 sc) x 6 = 24 sc
5: (inc, 3 sc) x 6 = 30 sc
6: (inc, 4 sc) x 6 = 36 sc
7: sc in each stitch = 36 sc
8: (inc, 5 sc) x 6 = 42 sc
9-16: sc in each stitch = 42 sc
17: (dec, 5 sc) x 6 = 36 sc
18: (dec, 4 sc) x 6 = 30 sc
19: (dec, 3 sc) x 6 = 24 sc, stuff
20: (dec, 2 sc) x 6 = 18 sc
21: (dec, 1 sc) x 6 = 12 sc
22: dec x 12 = 6 sc

Sew closed, cut the yarn, and hide the end.

Small Leaves

Use green yarn (make 4 pieces):

1: 5 sc in MR (work in turning rows)
2: 2 sc, inc from 3 sc, 2 sc = 7 sc
3: sc, inc, sc, inc from 3 sc + sc, inc, sc = 11 sc
4: 2 sc, inc, 2 sc, inc from 3 sc, 2 sc, inc, 2 sc = 15 sc
5: 3 sc, inc, 3 sc, inc from 3 sc, 3 sc, inc, 3 sc = 19 sc
6: 4 sc, inc, 4 sc, inc from 3 sc, 4 sc, inc, 4 sc = 23 sc

Cut the yarn, leaving a tail about 20 cm long, fasten off, and sew to the cabbage head.

Large round leaves. Make an even circle (4 pieces) with green yarn:
