Head

1: 6 sc in MR
2: 6 inc (12)
3: (1 sc, inc) x 6 (18)
4: 1 sc, inc, (2 sc, inc) x 5, 1 sc (24)
5: (3 sc, inc) x 6 (30)
6: 2 sc, inc, (4 sc, inc) x 5, 2 sc (36)
7: (5 sc, inc) x 6 (42)
8: 3 sc, inc, (6 sc, inc) x 5, 3 sc (48)
9-21: 48 sc
22: (6 sc, dec) x 6 (42)
23: (5 sc, dec) x 6 (36)
24: (4 sc, dec) x 6 (30)
25: (3 sc, dec) x 6 (24)
26: (4 sc, dec) x 4 (20)

Leave a 35-40 cm tail for sewing on the head. (!!!) If you are going to glue on the eyes rather than insert them, I recommend doing that at the very end so they do not get damaged unnecessarily.

The distance between the eyes is 7 sc.

I recommend first inserting pins, then embroidering 3 eyelashes for each eye. After that, glue on the eyes, slightly overlapping the eyelashes. I will be using half beads and gluing them with Moment Gel. Embroider the nose with a soft pink thread on the next round below the eyes.

We found through trial and error that if you are using YarnArt Jeans or Alize Cotton Gold, you can crochet straight to round 18-19. The main thing is to form a round ball like in the photo. This also depends on your crochet tension.

Ears (2 pieces)

1: 6 sc in MR
2: (1 sc, inc) x 3 (9)
3: (2 sc, inc) x 3 (12)
4: 12 sc
5: (2 sc, inc) x 4 (16)
6-18: 16 sc
19: (2 sc, dec) x 4 (12)
20: 12 sc

Leave a tail long enough to fold the ears in half and sew them to the head. I attach mine around round 3-4.

Bow for the ear

18 ch + 1 ch for turning:

1: sc (18)
2: sc (18)

Sew it together, wrap yarn around the center, and sew it to the ear.

Arms (2 pieces)

1: 5 sc in MR
2: 5 inc (10)
3-25: 10 sc (10)

Stuff lightly so the arms keep their shape.

Boots + Legs (2 pieces)

Start crocheting with the boot color.

1: Chain 6. Starting in the second chain from the hook: 4 sc, 3 sc in the last chain. On the other side of the chain: 3 sc, 3 sc in the last chain (13)
2: 4 sc, inc in the next 3 stitches, 3 sc, inc in the next 3 stitches (19)
3: 6 sc, 3 inc, 7 sc, 3 inc (25)
4-7: 25 sc
8: 4 sc, 6 dec, 9 sc (19)
9: 4 sc, 3 dec, 5 sc (16)
10-15: sc around (16)
Finish this part. Then crochet 3 more sc so the end of the round is centered at the back of the leg.
16: crochet in the front loops only, sc (16)
17: Work crab stitch as follows: ch 2, starting from the next stitch begin the crab stitch edging. At the end, pull the hook out of the loop (see photos 1, 2, and 3 below), insert it into the 2nd chain stitch you made at the beginning, catch the loop from the last stitch, and pull it through the 2nd chain stitch. Fasten off, cut the yarn, and hide it inside the boot with a needle (16)

Stuff. Continue crocheting with the body color. Fold down the top of the boot to make the next steps easier.

18: crochet in the back loops only and make 2 dec anywhere (14)
19-38: 14 sc (14)

Body

Make 3 chain stitches between the legs, join, then continue crocheting in the round:

1: 34 sc
2: 6 sc, inc, 8 sc, inc, 8 sc, inc, 9 sc (37)
3-8: 37 sc (37)
9: 4 sc, dec, 5 sc, dec, 4 sc, dec, 5 sc, dec, 4 sc, dec, 5 sc, dec (31)
11-13: 31 sc
14: (4 sc, dec) x 5 (26)
15: 26 sc
16: (3 sc, dec) x 6 (20)
17-21: 20 sc

Stuff. Sew the head to the body. Sew the arms on at about round 18 of the body.

Dress

1: 39 ch, make a sl st into the 10th chain from the hook, chain 3, and crochet 29 dc.
2: 3 ch, (1 dc, inc) x 15 (45)
3: 1 ch, sc to the end of the row (45)
4: ch, change color, 6 sc, 10 ch, skip 8 sc and crochet 1 sc into the 9th stitch, 17 sc, 10 ch, skip 8 sc, 6 sc
5: 3 ch, 6 dc, 13 dc into the chain space from the previous row, 17 dc, 13 dc into the chain space, 6 dc
6: 3 ch, make an increase every 5 dc (64). Join into a ring with a sl st
7-13: 64 dc
14: crab stitch edging

Since everyone used different yarns and everyone has different crochet tension, try the dress on your bunny as you go. You may need to make the starting chain longer or shorter. Also, in row 5 I worked 13 dc into the chain space, but you can make fewer if the dress is already fitting well. Use your own bunny as the guide for the length too. I made the dress with cotton yarn that is thinner than YarnArt Jeans.
