Big Acorns

With this pattern, you can crochet an acorn. You can use any yarn for this amigurumi project. The author recommends Alize Cotton Gold or a similar yarn.

Finished toy size is 11 cm.

Materials and tools

• Alize Cotton Gold yarn (100 g / 165 m)
• 2.0 mm crochet hook
• Toy stuffing
• Scissors

Abbreviations

• MR - magic ring
• sc - single crochet
• popcorn st - popcorn stitch (crochet 3 unfinished dc into one stitch, then join them into one top)
• inc - increase
• dec - decrease
• (...) x n - repeat n times

Amigurumi acorn crochet pattern

Crochet one piece in a spiral. Start with the cap:

1: 6 sc in MR
2-4: 6 sc (3 rounds)
5: inc x 6 (12)

Turn the work so the wrong side faces you, then crochet counterclockwise.
