7. 12 sc around the first leg, 1 sc along the ch chain, 12 sc around the second leg, 1 sc on the opposite side of the chain (25)

14. (1 sc, dec) x 6 (12)
Fasten off and leave a long tail for sewing.
Ears (Make 2)
The ears are crocheted directly onto the bear's head.
1. On the side of the head in round 6, insert the hook and work 1 sc. Then insert the hook in round 5 (directly above the previous sc) and work the second sc. Next, work one sc in round 4 and one sc in round 3. You will have a vertical chain of 4 stitches. Continue crocheting in turning rows from the second stitch from the hook. Note: do not make a turning chain! (4)
2. 3 sc (3)
3. 2 sc (2)
Cut the yarn and hide the end inside the head. Make the second ear the same way on the other side of the head.

Muzzle
1. Chain 5.
2. Starting in the second stitch from the hook, work: 3 sc, then 3 sc in one (last) stitch. Turn your work and crochet along the opposite side of the chain: 3 sc, and 3 more sc in one stitch (12).
3–4. 12 sc (12)
Leave a tail for sewing the muzzle to the head.
Tail
In the place where the tail should be, insert the hook into the bear's body and ch 2. Starting in the second stitch from the hook, work 3 sc in one stitch, then make a sl st into the body. Cut the yarn and hide the end inside the toy.
Raincoat
The clothing is crocheted in turning rows. At the end of each row, be sure to make a turning chain.

2–6. 20 sc (20)

15. inc, 18 sc, inc (22)
16. inc, 20 sc, inc (24)
To make a button loop, chain several stitches (depending on the size of your button) and secure it to the edge of the raincoat with a sl st. Cut the yarn and weave in the end. Sew the button on the opposite side.
Hood
Crochet in turning rows. At the end of each row, be sure to make a turning chain.
1. Chain 10, then start crocheting in the second stitch from the hook.
2–27. 9 sc (9)
Hood Assembly
Fold the long strip in half, matching the short edges. Sew one of the long side edges together to form the hood. Sew the finished hood to the top of the raincoat.
