With this pattern, you can crochet a plush alpaca. For this amigurumi project you need novelty (fluffy) yarn 50 g / 35 m (for example, Durable Furry).
Finished toy size is about 33 cm.
Materials and Tools
- Durable Furry yarn (100% polyester, 50 g / 35 m): silver gray - 3 skeins
- Durable Cosy Fine yarn (58% cotton, 42% polyacrylic, 50 g / 105 m): ivory - 1 skein, ash gray - 1 skein
- 4 mm and 7 mm crochet hooks
- 15 mm safety eyes

Muzzle

Head and Neck
Silver gray yarn, 7 mm hook.

Close, leave a long tail for sewing. Lightly stuff the head and determine muzzle placement. Insert safety eyes into the stitch with 10 dc through the muzzle and through the head. Once you are satisfied with eye placement, secure them. Then stuff the head firmly and insert chenille wire into the neck. Sew the muzzle to the head, stuffing it as you sew.

Ivory yarn, 4 mm hook.

The MR of round 1 is the back of the alpaca. Sew head to the front of the body, continuing to stuff the neck while sewing. Cut yarn. Embroider the nose with ash gray yarn.
